Broad Sauerkraut Shreds

Main and auxiliary ingredients: wide vermicelli, sauerkraut shreds, pork slices

Soak the broad vermicelli for about 2 hours. Soak

Add soup to the pot, add sauerkraut shreds and cook

Take it out and put it on the side of the bowl

Put the wide vermicelli in the pot and blanch until cooked

Put the blanched broad vermicelli into the other side of the bowl
7.
Add the pork slices and blanch

Put the cooked pork slices into the bowl
9.
Put the chopped green onion on top
10.
Add concentrated stock to the soup, season with salt
11.
Pour the flavored fresh soup into a bowl and serve
Tips:
1. Concentrated stock is available in supermarkets
2. When the pork slices are blanched, the color of the slices can be changed after boiling.
