Broccoli Chicken Rice Ball

40g of saffron blanched in water, one big one in the picture is enough.

Add 2g of sesame oil, 5g of light soy sauce, and white sesame seeds to 100g of rice and mix well. Finely chop broccoli and mix well with rice (the pieces I tore are a bit big).

Put an appropriate amount of rice on the double-layer plastic wrap and spread it out.

Put in an appropriate amount of chicken thighs, roll them into balls with plastic wrap, and squeeze them firmly.

In order to take the rice balls conveniently, cut a piece of seaweed on the bottom. A total of three big rice balls and one small rice ball were made.
