Broccoli Fried Shrimp

Wash the shrimp, cut off the shrimp gun with scissors, and pick out the shrimp stomach inside;

Cut the back and pull out the shrimp thread inside;

Add a small amount of salt, just a little bit, too salty, there will be no umami taste, mix well and marinate for more than half an hour;

Wash the broccoli, cut the roots into slices, divide the top into small flowers, pour out the water from the marinated sea prawns, and wipe the surface of the prawns with a kitchen paper towel

Tips:
When frying the sea prawns, keep the heat on a low heat, so as not to confuse them.
