Broccoli in Oyster Sauce

The main ingredients are broccoli and red sweet pepper.

Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce set aside.

Divide the broccoli into small pieces and wash.

Add broccoli to the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, boil, add a teaspoon of table salt and a little cooking oil. After the water boils, cook for about a minute and add the sweet pepper shreds.

Continue to cook for more than half a minute, remove and pour into cold water.

Remove the excess water and put it in the dish.

Garnish with red bell peppers.
