Broccoli in Oyster Sauce

Broccoli is broken into small flowers by hand. Soak it in light salt water for a while to wash away the dirt and bugs inside.

Cut pleurotus eryngii into thin slices.

Cut the green onions into an oblique knife.

Adding rapeseed oil to the water can keep the broccoli green. Blanch the broccoli. Cook the eryngii mushrooms.

Put: broccoli. Cool with pleurotus eryngii, drain the water and set aside.

Heat the pan to get oil. Add some oyster sauce to the broccoli and stir fry.
