Broccoli in Oyster Sauce

Cut the broccoli into small florets and wash them.

After the water boils, blanch the broccoli for about 1 minute to remove and drain the water. (Long blanching time will destroy the nutrients and affect the taste)

Single garlic is pressed into garlic paste.

Add oil to the pot, use olive oil, peanut oil, or salad oil.

Pour in the garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add oyster sauce.

Pour in broccoli, stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce.

Stir-fry well.

Lift the pot and serve it on the plate.
