Broccoli in Oyster Sauce

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the broccoli and pick the florets, soak in light salt water for 5 minutes, and soak the cherry tomatoes in light salt water.

Soak seaweed and stir in a little oyster sauce.

Arrange the seaweed into the shape of a tree trunk.

Put water in a pot, add a little salt and a little oil, and blanch the broccoli.

Tips:
◎Soaking broccoli in brine is because it can remove vegetable insects and also helps to remove residual pesticides.
◎When blanching broccoli, add oil to the water to make the broccoli greener and crisper.
