Broccoli Love Rice Ball

Mix the rice and tricolor quinoa into a large clean bowl and wash twice with water;

Put the washed rice into the steaming grid of the Zhenmi Desweet Rice Cooker, and then slowly add an appropriate amount of water. The amount of water is recommended to be less than the height of the rice about 1cm. This de-sweetened rice cooker uses the core technology of rice soup separation to completely separate the steamed rice from the rice soup;

Cover the lid of Zhenmi Desugared Rice Cooker, let the rice soak for about 15 minutes before turning on the power;

Select the "steamed rice" button from the function menu, and the rice cooker will start steaming. The steaming time is 22 minutes by default. You can also click "+" to increase the steaming time. Each time you click increases 1 minute, the maximum time is 25 minutes;

After 22 minutes, the indicator light of the rice cooker shows the heat preservation state, that is, the rice has been steamed, turn off the power and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes before eating;

After the rice is steamed, prepare the ingredients for the bibimbap, first wash the purple cabbage and broccoli with clean water;

Boil the broccoli in a pot of boiling water for about half a minute and remove it. Add a few drops of edible oil and a little salt when blanching the water to keep the broccoli's emerald green color;

Soak the blanched broccoli in cool boiled water or purified water for a while and then remove and drain the water;

Use a knife to chop the purple cabbage and the blanched broccoli separately. Friends who are afraid of trouble can consider using a cooking machine to stir;

Turn on the Zhenmi rice cooker and you can see the three-color quinoa rice with full grains;

Zhenmi Desugared Rice Cooker will dissolve the excess starch in the rice through three steps of steaming, draining and boiling, thereby reducing the sugar in the rice. Diabetic or obese people are most suitable for steaming rice in this way;

Use a rice spoon to transfer the steamed rice to a large clean bowl, add the cut broccoli, purple cabbage, apple cider vinegar, salt, and sesame oil;

Tips:
1. When cooking rice, the ratio of rice to three-color quinoa should be controlled according to your favorite taste. It is recommended that the amount of quinoa should not exceed the amount of rice;
2. The water needed for cooking rice is generally more than 1cm in softness and hardness.
3. The cooked de-sweetened rice can be eaten directly or made into this kind of rice ball, which is simple and nutritious;
4. The mold for making the rice ball can be free, and it must be pressed firmly when making it, otherwise it will be easy to loose when demolding.
