Broccoli Pancakes

2 broccoli flowers, 1 egg, appropriate amount of flour

After soaking broccoli in brine for 10 minutes, rinse with clean water and blanch

After cooling, put it in a food processor, add appropriate amount of water, and stir into a delicate broccoli juice
