Broccoli Pork in Claypot

Wash and slice the lean meat, serve in a bowl, and add shredded ginger

Add soy sauce, chicken powder, starch, a little sugar and stir evenly

Tips:
Soaking broccoli in salt water can better clean and force out the bugs in the flowers. The meat slices are marinated for a while, and starch can keep the meat tender and smooth. After the broccoli is blanched, pour it into the meat slices and stir-fry evenly.
