Broccoli Pork in Claypot

Wash and slice the lean meat, serve in a bowl, and add shredded ginger.

Stir in soy sauce, chicken powder, starch, and a little sugar.

Pour in a little cooking wine, stir again and marinate for a while.

Cut the broccoli florets with scissors, soak them in salt water for a while, wash and pick them up.

Tips:
Soaking broccoli in salt water can better clean and drive out the bugs in the flowers. The meat slices are marinated for a while, and starch is added to keep the meat tender and smooth. Blanch the broccoli and pour it into the meat slices and stir-fry evenly.
