For baking eggs, you can choose your favorite vegetables and add a variety of meats, which is both delicious and nutritious. I usually use butter or olive oil to make it, but this time I use Glenorle walnut oil, which is more healthy and delicious.

Broccoli Potato Baked Eggs

1. Prepare the ingredients, peel the potatoes and break the broccoli into small flowers.

2. Cut potatoes into small cubes.

3. Shred the onion.

4. The potatoes are washed with water to remove the starch.

5. Add appropriate amount of salt to milk and egg liquid and beat well.

6. Put the broccoli in boiling water, blanch for half a minute, and remove the cold water.

7. Pour walnut oil into the pot.

8. Add shredded onion and stir fry.

9. Add diced potatoes and fry them over low heat. Cover the middle of the pot.

10. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 1 minute, turn off the heat.

11. Season with salt and black pepper.

12. Put it in a heat-resistant mold and pour the egg and milk liquid.

13. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 22 minutes. When it is 15 minutes, take out and sprinkle some chopped parsley.
Gelinuoer cold-pressed walnut oil, more suitable for baby's health and good oil

Tips:

Potatoes must be cooked well and can be easily inserted, otherwise they will become raw after they are roasted.
Adjust the baking time according to your own preferences and molds. If you like tenderness, bake it for a few minutes, and the egg liquid can be solidified.
