Broccoli Sausage

Cut broccoli into small flowers!

Add 1 tablespoon of salt to the boiling water, blanch it, remove and drain when cooked.

Cut the hot dog into sections. Use a knife to make a m-shape at one end of each section. Don’t cut it through!

Cut dried chili into sections and garlic into slices.

Put oil in the pot, add chili garlic and saute when it is 70% hot, add the hot dog and stir-fry to change the color, then add the blanched broccoli and stir-fry, and finally add salt chicken essence to taste!
Tips:
Broccoli is not easy to cook, so it will be easier to fry when blanching the broccoli first. You can put some salt in the water when blanching the broccoli to make the broccoli more delicious!
