Broccoli Sausage Omelet

Prepare materials.

Soak the broccoli florets in salt water for 20 minutes and then wash them for later use;

Shred the onion; cut the sausage into thin slices;

Beat the eggs in a bowl, add salt and pepper, and mix well;

Heat oil in a pan, add broccoli and cook for half a minute before sautéing;

Add onion and sausage, add salt and pepper, and stir-fry until the onion becomes soft;

Serving to let cool;

Then pour it into the egg mixture and mix well;

In a 15cm small frying pan, heat the oil and pour the mixed egg mixture. Fry on low heat until the bottom of the omelet is golden and the egg liquid on the top is solidified;

Fasten the pan with a flat dish and then buckle the omelet on the dish, with the fried side facing up, and then slowly slide the omelet back into the pan and fry the other side.
