This broccoli mixed with carrots is appetizing and nutritious, simple and delicious! You can eat it all year round!
It can be used as a cold dish in summer and a hot dish in winter. Please refer to the steps for details.

Broccoli with Carrots

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Wash and slice carrots or cut flowers with a mold, tear the broccoli into small flowers, wash and set aside

3. Garlic smashed and chopped

4. Bring water to a boil and blanch broccoli and carrots

5. Blanch it and remove it for later use

6. Raise the frying pan, stir-fry the minced garlic over low heat, turn off the heat

7. Pour in broccoli and carrots

8. Add salt and steamed fish oil and mix well

Tips:

To eat this dish in cold weather, you only need to stir-fry for two minutes in the last step.
Broccoli is easy to cook, so you can remove it before the carrots when blanching.
