Ingredients

[broiled Pork] The Secret of Delicious Food is Here!

1. The pork belly used to make braised pork is very important in choosing. Too lean pork belly does not taste good, and too fatty pork belly will taste a little greasy. We have to choose the three-point fat and seven-point thin five-flowered pork.

2. Prepare the spices. Cloves, grass fruits, and nutmeg can be left alone if they are not available at home.

3. Prepare 2 spoons of June fresh soy sauce and 3 spoons of light soy sauce. The light soy sauce is used for seasoning, and the dark soy sauce is used for coloring

4. Cut the pork belly into pieces. Any size.

5. Put a few peppercorns in a cold pan and sauté fragrant.

6. Then discard the peppercorns and fry with rock sugar in the base oil.

7. Use low heat when frying rock candy, and fry until the rock candy melts into a brown color.

8. Then pour in the sliced pork belly and stir-fry for 3 minutes on low heat. Let the fat in the pork belly stir fry some.

9. Then add light soy sauce to taste and add spices.

10. Add the right amount of boiling water and transfer the meat to the casserole. Stew, be sure to let go of water.

11. In a casserole, cover with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes, then add 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce to color.

12. Simmer for 20 minutes by adding 2 tablespoons and a half of salt. Close the lid and continue simmering.

13. When simmering for 30 minutes, add 3 tablespoons of vinegar. The aged vinegar has the effect of refreshing and relieving greasiness.

14. The braised pork is simmered for a total of 45 minutes. The meat tastes best in 45 minutes. Add a little starch water before serving.
