Brown Rice Congee

1. brown rice

2. Thaw beef

3. Soaked Real Shimeji Mushroom

4. Dice beef and shimeji mushrooms and blanch water

5. Rinse the brown rice and peanuts cleanly. Add water to the rice cooker. Because brown rice is not easy to cook, add more water.

6. Shallot, pepper, salt and set aside
