Brown Sugar Blooming Buns

Pour 3 grams of high-sugar-tolerant yeast into 100 grams of warm water and mix well.

Pour 200 grams of all-purpose flour into the yeast water.

Knead it into a smooth dough, cover it at room temperature and leave it for 3-5 hours (some sticky, after stirring it into a flocculent shape, I put the dough in the bread machine and it becomes a smooth surface)

This is the fermented old noodle dough. I made the noodles the night before, fermented overnight, and the dough will ferment the next morning.

Put 100 grams of brown sugar in a bowl.

Pour in 40 grams of boiling hot water, stir well, and let dry for 10 minutes until warm.

Some sticky hands, I put the mixed dough into the bread machine and kneaded it into a smooth dough. The dough is soft and sticky, so don't add any more flour.

Sprinkle some flour on the chopping board to make the dough long.

Pull down a piece of dough with your hands.

Tips:
