1. The brown sugar is boiled and melted with water.

2. Let cool after sieving.

12. After waking up, turn the water to a medium heat and steam for 15 minutes, turn off the heat for 5 minutes, then open the lid and take out the pot.

Tips:

1. The water absorption of flour is different, and the water volume of the dough can be adjusted according to the softness and hardness of the dough.
2. Don't open the lid immediately after steaming, it is best to open the lid after 5 minutes of stuffiness.
