Brown Sugar Buns

The brown sugar is boiled and melted with water.

Let cool after sieving.

Put the brown sugar water, all-purpose flour, and yeast into the bread bucket, and start the kneading program.

Knead into a smooth dough.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour to double its size.

Put the fermented dough on the chopping board, vent, and knead well.

Roll the dough into thin slices.

Brush the surface with clean water.

Put enough cold water in the steamer and put the cut dough into the steamer to wake up for 25 minutes.

Tips:
1. The water absorption of flour is different, and the water volume of the dough can be adjusted according to the softness and hardness of the dough.
2. Don't open the lid immediately after steaming, it is best to open the lid after 5 minutes of stuffiness.
