Brown Sugar Cranberry Buns
1.
Put the middle-species ingredients (120g high powder, 100g water, 20g organic brown sugar, 4g yeast, 2g salt) in the bread machine and mix well
2.
Fermentation is 2 times larger
3.
Add main ingredients (except butter)
4.
After the dough ingredients are mixed until smooth, add butter
5.
Mix evenly
6.
Mix all the ingredients until they are out of the film, and add dried cranberries after fermenting 2.5 times the size
7.
Turn on the bread machine, mix the dried cranberries into the dough evenly while exhausting, and let stand for 30 minutes
8.
Take out the dough and divide into 2 equal parts, let stand for 10 minutes
9.
Unfold the dough into a sheet, and cut a few stripes on the sides of the dough with a knife, but not completely cut off
10.
Roll up dough
11.
Let the cut part be covered on top, like a caterpillar
12.
Put the finished bread dough in a warm and humid place to ferment 2.5 times its size, lightly swipe over the egg liquid
13.
Put it in a 180 degree oven and bake for about 25 minutes. You can cover it with tin foil halfway to prevent over-coloring
14.
Read out and let cool, ready to eat
Tips:
Dried cranberries are pre-soaked in wine and dried for later use
