Brown Sugar Hair Cake
1.
Put the brown sugar in a large glass bowl and rinse with water. Cool to about 35 degrees (not hot), add yeast and stir well. .
2.
Slowly add the flour and turn it up and down. A thick batter with no obvious particles is formed.
3.
Put the batter in the refrigerator and let it ferment.
4.
Take several small bowls, spread a layer of oil in the bowl, and then spread black sesame seeds, chopped red dates, and raisins in sequence.
5.
After the batter has fermented to twice its size, gently pour the batter into small bowls (half a bowl, I will post it later).
6.
Put the small bowl into the steamer and steam on high heat for about 30 minutes.
7.
The steamed hair cake is slightly cool, and the hair cake can be taken out by gently turning it along the edge of the bowl with a knife.
