A bread I love so much!
My friend brought back sweet-scented osmanthus brown sugar from Yunnan. I think it’s too sweet to drink with water. It’s just right for making bread, with the aroma of quinoa, great.

Brown Sugar Quinoa Crustacean

1. Heat the water to melt the brown sugar, then leave it at room temperature

2. Flour, quinoa powder, salt, yeast in a mixing bowl

3. Put the cold brown sugar water into the flour and knead it into a dough, which is rougher

4. Then add 30g of melted butter, and continue to stir at medium speed for about 20 minutes

5. You can also use your hands to rub while shaking

6. Until the dough gets softer and softer, put on the mask

7. Add walnuts and raisins

8. Knead it and put it in the refrigerator to ferment overnight

9. Send it out

10. Take it out and knead it while venting, then roll it out, fold it three times, roll it out, fold it three times, and divide it into several parts to start shaping

11. For growth, roll it into an oval shape, flatten it on one side, then roll it up, pinch tightly on both sides, and seal it down

12. Sprinkle some flour, cut a few knives, and wait for two more shots

13. It’s done, baked in the oven at 170 degrees for 18 minutes

Tips:

1. This bread is not soft toast, but a bit soft, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside
2. When kneading the noodles, you can shake it, like making ramen, fold it in half and shake it again, it's faster, or just let the bread machine do it for you.
3. Brown sugar is fine without brown sugar
