Brown Sugar Rum Banana Chips
1.
Peel the banana, remove the tendons, and slice it. Soak in dilute salt water to prevent oxidation.
2.
Heat a non-stick pan over high heat, add butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Heat over medium heat until it melts.
3.
Add banana slices and stir fry gently for a while.
4.
Add the rum mixed with water and cook until the bananas are soft.
5.
Take out the bananas, slowly drain the soup in the pot, and pour it onto the banana slices.
Tips:
1. It is better to choose bananas with appropriate maturity;
2. Rum can also be replaced with other taste wines;
3. Bananas should not be cut too thin, otherwise they will be overcooked (too soft and rotten);
4. This dessert tastes better right away.
