Mix flour, eggs and salt, knead them in a basin to form a dough; place the kneaded dough in the basin for ten minutes

Roll out 1 portion of dough vertically to 2-3 cm thick, and cut into 2-3 cm wide noodles. The other two noodles are also made into noodles in this way. Sprinkle the cut noodles with flour to prevent stickiness

Put the oil into the pot, when the oil temperature reaches 50% hot, add the noodles, and fry alternately over low to medium heat until light yellow. Remove after frying and control oil

Add 500 grams of purified water to a clean pan. After the water is boiled, add brown sugar and white sugar accordingly.

Boil on low heat until it is sticky, add honey, turn off the heat to the minimum, put the fried noodles into the brown sugar sauce, mix well, do not turn off the heat at this time, and the brown sugar cannot be stirred sufficiently after cooling
