Brown Sugar Toast
1.
Mix 250 grams of high flour, 45 grams of brown sugar, 2 grams of salt, 40 grams of egg liquid, and 125 grams of water. Use the bread machine's dough kneading function twice (15 minutes each time, 30 minutes in total)
Add butter and fresh yeast to continue using a dough function. Check the dough before fermentation, and you can pull out a tough, uniform and transparent glove film.
2.
To the end of the dough fermentation process, the dough has been fermented to twice its size
3.
Take out the dough and divide it into three equal parts and relax for 10 minutes
4.
Take one of them
5.
Roll into a bar
6.
Fold the two sides to the middle and press tightly
7.
Roll up from top to bottom, thin at the closing to prevent loosening
8.
The other two copies are also prepared accordingly
9.
Put the rolled bread dough into a toast mold, set the oven to 38 degrees, put a bowl of boiling water, and put the mold in for the final fermentation
10.
Send to 9 minutes full, spray water on the surface
11.
Put it in a preheated oven at 180℃, lower it for 40 minutes, cover with aluminum foil in time after coloring, and immediately smear with honey water (a spoonful of honey, add a little water and mix well), release the mold, and let it cool on the grill.
Tips:
If there is no fresh yeast, 3 grams of dry yeast can be used instead
