Brown Sugar Walnut Date Cake

Cut the pitted jujube into pieces about the size of a soybean

Put the jujube grains, brown sugar, and water into the pot, cook on low heat until the moisture is dry and it becomes a jujube paste

Add orange juice, egg liquid and butter melted in water
