Brown Sugar Whole Wheat Toast

All ingredients except butter are mixed to form a dough.

After kneading it to the expansion stage, add butter and knead until the film is completely formed, whole wheat is fine.

The kneaded dough is placed in a basin covered with plastic wrap and a damp towel for the first fermentation.

The dough is fermented into a honeycomb shape, three times the volume of the original dough.

The fermented dough is sprinkled with dry powder on the chopping board and knead the dough. Divide into six uniform doughs and knead the dough for 15 minutes.

After standing still, deflate and knead again, and then knead into a cylindrical shape after a while.

Then squeeze the dough and roll it into a beef tongue, roll it up and place it in a toast box.

Cover the lid and ferment for a second time until it is 90 minutes full.

Brush the surface with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes and put it in a toast box to start baking. Twenty minutes later, cover with tin foil to prevent the surface from scorching.

After 50 minutes, take it out of the oven and immediately pull it out of the mold, put it on the grill in a cool storage bag and refrigerate it overnight. You can slice it and eat.
