Buckwheat Black Sesame Buns

Mix all the ingredients into a dough

Cover with plastic wrap

Fermented to double size

Sprinkle some flour and roll the dough into large slices with a rolling pin

Fold as shown

Repeat steps 4-5 twice
7.
Roll up and cut into small pieces
8.
Put it on the oiled steamer, a pot of cold water, steam on high heat until the air is turned to medium heat for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
