Buckwheat Black Sesame Buns

1. Mix all the ingredients into a dough

2. Cover with plastic wrap

3. Fermented to double size

4. Sprinkle some flour and roll the dough into large slices with a rolling pin

5. Fold as shown

6. Repeat steps 4-5 twice

7. Roll up and cut into small pieces
