Buckwheat Bread (bread Machine Version)

The bread maker is liquid first and then solid. Pour in the milk and beat in the eggs. I use brown sugar cubes, so I melt the brown sugar with milk and let it cool before adding other ingredients. If you put the powdered sugar directly into the bread machine

The bread machine has a kneading function for 20 minutes. Weigh the butter and set aside.

Tips:
If you have high-flour at home, use high-flour. The bread will be more beautiful and the taste is different from ordinary flour.
