Burdock Beef Shredded
1.
Peel the burdock and cut into thin slices with a knife. Shred beef and marinate with a spoonful of mirin for 10 minutes.
2.
Put a spoonful of oil in the pot, and the beef is smooth and loose.
3.
After the beef changes color, add burdock slices.
4.
Stir-fry the burdock and beef evenly.
5.
Add one spoonful of mirin, two spoons of soy sauce, and continue to stir fry over low heat.
6.
Fry until the sauce is dry in the pan, sprinkle a little coriander.
7.
Serve it and eat it.
Tips:
1. If you don't like coriander, you can omit it. I just have it at home, so I added it myself.
2. To get rid of the root smell of burdock, it must be made with meat.
3. The soy sauce itself is very salty, so I didn't add any more salt. Please adjust it according to your own soy sauce.
