Burdock Bone Soup
1.
Carrots, burdock, and ginger are peeled and cut into pieces

Clean the pig bones and soak them in clean water for half an hour

Put an appropriate amount of water in the casserole, add ginger slices and carrots

Then pour the burdock
5.
Add pork bones and bring to a boil
6.
Reduce heat to simmer for 2 hours
7.
After turning off the heat, add salt, mix well and serve
Tips:
It is best to add enough water for the soup at one time so as not to affect the concentration of the soup.
If water must be added, it is best to add boiling water.
