Ingredients

Burdock, Ginger, Green Onion and White Radish Water

1. Cut the burdock and white radish into hob pieces. Wash the green onions and keep them. The ginger must be peeled and sliced.

2. Put all the ingredients in, add 500-800 ml of water, boil on high heat

3. Then slowly simmer for 10 minutes on a low fire. After cooking, filter out the scallions and save the burdock. Drink all the soup and burdock in one day
