Burdock Soup

Wash all vegetables. Pumpkin skin and burdock skin are of high nutritional value and must be preserved. Use a toothbrush to carefully scrub the skin.

Cut all the vegetables into cubes.

Put a little olive oil in the wok, add pumpkin, burdock, onion, carrot, stir fry until the vegetables are slightly softened

Pour in parsley and appropriate amount of water. The water should cover all the ingredients, and boil for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and let cool.

After the hot soup has dropped to lukewarm temperature, pour the whole pot of ingredients into the broken wall cooking machine, press the fruit and vegetable button for about 2 minutes.

Finally, add salt and a little Italian vanilla to complete it.
