Butter Chicken

First add a little starch, ginger and garlic paste, salt, less chili powder, less coriander powder, less oil to the diced chicken, and let it go for 20 minutes

Put the chicken in the hot oil and fry for 2 minutes until the flesh is slightly burnt. Because it is a high fire, the chicken is actually cooked but not old.

This is the fried chicken, put it on the plate and put it aside.

Add cumin seeds to the pot and stir fry for a few seconds
