Butterfly Roll

After the pumpkin is peeled, cut into pieces, put in a small bowl, cover, and steam it in the microwave

About 90 grams of pumpkin puree, 150 grams of all-purpose flour, 2 grams of yeast, and yellow dough

Tips:
1. What I use is one-time fermentation. It is placed on the steamer when awake, and it can be steamed when it is twice as large as visually. It is better to put some warm water in the steamer, which is good for fermentation.
2. The dough must be flattened, and then it must be a little bit dry to make the operation more convenient. It is not easy to spot after steaming.
3. Choose a darker color for the pumpkin to look good.
