Tips:
Use hot noodles to steam dumplings. Even if they are left to cool, the noodles will be soft, but the dumplings will lose a lot of the color of the pitaya peel. The yellow steamed dumplings in the picture are pitayas. If you use raw pitaya peels Knead the noodles, steamed dumplings can still have some pink color, but after letting cool, the dough will be very hard, so please feel free to use which method;
