Buttermilk Version Red Velvet Cake

Unsalted butter softened at room temperature, add sugar and beat

Add the egg liquid in three times, and add new egg liquid after each addition.

This is in a well-worn state, feathered

Then add 1/3 of the sieved low powder, cocoa powder, red yeast rice powder and salt, and mix well

Then add 1/2 of buttermilk, mix well, then add 1/3 of the sieved powder, then add the remaining buttermilk, and finally sift the remaining powder, mix well, add vanilla extract and mix well

Mix the baking soda and white vinegar into the mixed powder, mix well quickly

Pour into the paper mold, put it in the preheated 175 degree oven, bake for 20-30 minutes, according to your own oven

Just decorate the flowers at last (please ignore my clumsy decorating)
Tips:
The amount of sugar is according to your preference, up to 100g
