This creamy pumpkin soup is a simple version of the soymilk machine, especially suitable for quick breakfast, fast and nutritious. The amount of ingredients is the amount for my family of three. If there are few people eating, remember to reduce the amount of ingredients.

Butternut Squash Soup

1. Prepare ingredients. Cut pumpkin into small pieces, and dice carrots and onions.

2. Pour the pumpkin, carrot, and onion into the soymilk machine.

3. After adding milk, add some clean water to make the water level reach the lowest water level of the soymilk machine.

4. Cover the lid of the soymilk maker, turn on the power, select the soup button, and start working.

5. After the soymilk machine is finished, add some salt according to taste.

6. Pour into a bowl.

7. Pour some cream on the surface.

8. Sprinkle with black pepper, chopped basil, and decorate with a mint leaf.

9. Finally, with some fried eggs, fruits, carbohydrates, a hearty breakfast is done.
