I wrapped my son’s favorite beef and cabbage dumplings again. The beef is soft and tender and the cabbage is delicious. Dip it with vinegar. Come and mix two cloves of garlic. It's not too fragrant!

Cabbage Beef Dumplings

1. Knead the dough first, add water to the flour, knead the dough, cover and let stand for 30 minutes.

2. Add salt, pepper water, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper to the beef filling. Stir in one direction.

3. Add 1 small handful of chopped garlic sprouts and add sesame oil. Stir the chicken essence evenly.

4. Take out the dough and roll it into dumpling wrappers.

5. Pack the right amount of dumpling stuffing.

6. All wrapped up.

7. Boil the pot under the water and take it out and serve it to the table!
