Cabbage Crab Meatballs

Prepare various materials.

Chop the cabbage, add dumpling powder, eggs, water, salt, light soy sauce, pepper powder and white pepper and stir to make a paste.

Brush a little vegetable oil on the meatball tray with a brush to make the surface more crispy.

Pour an appropriate amount of batter into each hole of the ball, put a small piece of crab stick in the middle, and heat it on low heat for about 30 seconds. The bottom is almost solidified.

Put half of the solidified balls on the side and pour some batter on the empty part on the other side.

Turn on the same low heat, and when the bottom is solidified, move the balls to fill the remaining batter.

Gently move the balls to heat the balls evenly at all angles. Turn on medium heat and heat for about 1 minute.

Just serve it out. You can eat it directly, or squeeze your favorite sauce.
Tips:
1. The ball pan of modern multi-function pan is equivalent to a mold pan, but the same base can be matched with different shapes of pan (deep pan, round cake pan, ball pan, etc.), which is more flexible than ordinary mold pan. The meatball plate can also be used to make egg waffles, octopus balls and other different foods.
2. The meatball pan has a non-stick coating, so it can be easily demoulded without vegetable oil. Wipe the dishes with a kitchen paper towel after you are done, and simply rinse them with water after allowing them to cool.
