Cabbage Gang

Remove the leaves of fresh cabbage. Clean it up.

Soak in light salt water for 10 minutes.

Drain and shred, put a little salt to mix evenly, and marinate for a while.

The marinated cabbage shreds are squeezed out of water.

Chop garlic and cut dried chili into small circles.

Put it on top of the cabbage.
