Cabbage Meatballs Stewed Vermicelli

Prepare green onions and ginger.

Finely chop green onion and ginger.

Mince pork.

Add green onion and ginger.

Add 15ml cooking wine, 20ml light soy sauce, 15ml dark soy sauce, 3g salt, 6g sugar, 2g chicken essence, 2g pepper and mix thoroughly.

Wash the cabbage.

Put oil in the pan, add the green onion and ginger 60% of the heat and stir fry.

Add an appropriate amount of cold water to a boil, grab the meatballs of even size with your hands and place them in the pot.

Chop the cabbage by hand and put it in the pot with the vermicelli.
