Cabbage Pancake

1. Half a cabbage, clean it

2. Half a homemade pancake

3. Chopped cabbage into thin strips

4. Pancakes cut into filaments

5. Chopped green onion, minced garlic, and minced ginger are ready

6. Put oil in the pan, stir-fry the chopped green onion to create a fragrance

7. Pour in shredded cabbage and stir fry

8. Add salt and light soy sauce according to taste until the food becomes slightly soft

9. Pour the pancake shreds and stir fry

10. Pour in the minced garlic and ginger

11. Mix well, turn off the heat

12. Let’s have it, add some chili oil and vinegar to make it more delicious and appetizing

Tips:

Cabbage is also what we often call cabbage, cabbage;
Don't fry too much, you can pour into the pancake shreds when it is 50% cooked;
