Cabbage Rolls with Minced Meat

Wash and drain the foreleg meat, slice it, add salt, chicken essence, soy sauce and black pepper powder and mince (fat to lean ratio 2:8)

Chop garlic and set aside.

Wash the cabbage and drain the water.
