Cabbage Steak Rib Soup

Ingredients: short ribs (washed and blanched), cabbage (washed and cut), curry cubes

Put the blanched steak ribs into the pressure cooker, and add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

Add some water.

Then, close the lid and cook for 20 minutes on a medium-to-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Next, combine the cut cabbage, put the curry cubes and turn to boil until cooked.

Then, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.
