Cabbage Stem in Tomato Sauce

Wash the cabbage stems.

Cut diagonally into slices, sprinkle in salt and marinate for about 15 minutes, chop scallion and ginger into mince, prepare tomato sauce.

Heat oil in a pot, add chopped green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Then add the cabbage stalks and stir fry for a while (decant the excess water and fry for about 3 minutes).

Pour in tomato sauce and chicken bouillon, stir-fry evenly.

The cooked cabbage stalks in tomato sauce.
Tips:
You can add more tomato sauce to make it more flavorful.
