Cabbage Tofu Pork Rib Soup

Soak the ribs in cold water to get the blood in it, add a small amount of oil to the pot and stir fry with ginger slices

Stir-fry the aroma, add the soaked ribs and stir-fry together, and stir-fry slowly until there is no water in the pan and only the fat is left

Pour the fried pork ribs into a pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of hot water, cover, turn to a low heat for ten minutes after the air valve sounds, prepare a small pot, spread baby cabbage on the bottom, and then spread tofu

Add the cooked pork ribs soup, cover with a lid, high heat for 5 minutes, add appropriate amount of salt and pepper to taste
