Cabbage Tofu Pork Rib Soup

Soak the ribs in cold water to get the blood in it;

Add a small amount of oil to the pot, add ginger slices and stir fry;

Stir-fry the aroma and then add the soaked ribs and stir fry together;

Stir fry slowly until there is no water in the pan and only fat is left;

Pour the fried pork ribs into the pressure cooker, add an appropriate amount of hot water, cover, and turn to a low heat for ten minutes after the air valve sounds;

Prepare a small pot, spread baby cabbage on the bottom, and then spread tofu;
7.
Add the boiled ribs soup, cover with a lid, and high heat for five minutes;
8.
Add appropriate amount of salt and pepper to taste;
9.
Sprinkle some chopped green onions when serving on the table.
