Cabbage Tofu Stewed Vermicelli

1. Cut the cabbage into slices.

2. Cut ginger, garlic and hot peppers and set aside.

3. Cut the tofu into small pieces.

4. Soak the vermicelli in hot water in advance to soften.

5. Put the chopped green onion and minced garlic in a frying pan until fragrant.

6. Add cabbage and stir-fry evenly, then add salt and soy sauce, and stir-fry well.

7. Add an appropriate amount of water.

8. After boiling, add tofu.

9. Then add the pepper noodles, add the vermicelli and chili, and stir-fry until cooked through.

10. The stewed cabbage tofu vermicelli is ready.

Tips:

You can add or not add pepper noodles and hot peppers, and add more flavor.
