Cabbage Vermicelli and Fungus Buns

Baking powder is boiled with hydration of about 30 degrees. When the flour is warmed up with warm water, the baking powder is poured in, knead until the surface is smooth, and just cover the lid and let it rise.

Chopped cabbage, add salt, chop slightly, and squeeze out the water forcefully with the water (cold water). Soak the fungus, wash and chop. Remove the sweet potato flour when it is almost cooked, rinse it with cold water, and chop it as well. Add the above-mentioned seasonings and it's ok.

This is made noodles (the noodle made today is great)

The longer the time, the better.

Continue to knead the dough until it is very smooth. Then roll it into a dough and you can wrap it!

Put the filling on the dough so that it doesn't leak. Mine is bagged by my husband, not much.
